Instead let's look at some simple non-diet related steps which will intuitively help you to find motivation to lose weight:

  • What are your non-food/weight goals in the next month, year, 5 years? 
  • If you were already your desired weight, what would you do right now? Once you have answered this, plan to do it now!
  • What is your idea of fun? Make a list and prioritise in the order that you will do them.
  • If you woke up tomorrow and everything was perfect, how would it look, who would be there and where would you be? Make some notes about how that can happen?
Once you make the decision to move on from diet and food focus to life focussed, you will find peace with your issues about losing weight.
