You can lose weight for free. The resources below are at no cost to
you. I believe that no one should have to spend money on expensive
potions, plans or pills to lose weight.
We
all have the potential to listen to our bodies and trust that it will
guide us to the freshest and best food for optimum weight loss. When we
listen we lose weight.
To lose weight peacefully, the first step is to recognise your real
physical hunger. Have you ever noticed when you have real physical
hunger it creeps up on you, until gradually you feel hungry enough to
eat?
If you have a sudden
urge to eat then it is most likely not real physical hunger.
If
you start with acknowledging the type of hunger you have, you will be
well on your way to
honouring your body and weight loss will occur without even trying!
