You are most likely to stick with your exercise routine if you are doing something you enjoy, rather than doing it because you think it will help you lose weight.
My favourite exercise is walking. To lose weight quickly, all you need to do is put on some walking shoes, and head outside!
The recommended minimum amount of exercise is 30 minutes per day at least 5 times a week. It has to get your heart pumping.
To get started, make a commitment to do some exercise each day. If you make the decision before you go to bed the night before and have your gear ready for the morning, you are more likely to do it.

One of the best exercises to lose weight quickly is running. I have had fantastic results with building my fitness, increasing my self-esteem (Yes! I can run!!) and of course it speeds up weight loss as you burn more calories.
Make the main goal of your exercise routine getting fit and healthy. Once you make it about health, you will be more satisfied with your results. As soon as weight loss is the goal, it messes with our heads, sets up a perfectionism mentality and then we beat ourselves up when we fail.

If you don't love the exercises to lose weight quickly that you choose to do, then you won't do it and if the ultimate goal is weight loss, it will seem like a chore. Have fun with exercise and you will lose weight peacefully.
